140. / 1. Pileus convex- slightly depressed in the center- / zonate & spotted with pinkish purple- / smooth, dry, or very slightly viscid when inserted [sic] / 2. Lamellae- sub distant, arcuate, heterophyllous / pinkish purple- / milk, bright pinkish purple, rather then / (watery) turning sordid [sic] green, when / wounded- adnate or very slightly decurrent / 3. Spores white / 4. Stipe concolorous spotted with / purplish pink like pileus, firm / but hollow- / only one specimen found, by path / in woods / B.H.F. / Pa Aug 31-1920.
