Prunulus galericulatus / pileus bell-shaped, finely striate when / damp- light leathery [sic] colored. / gills rather close- lightish leathery [sic], adnate or / sinuate. / Spores white / Stem white above shaded darker / below, bound together by / numerous threads, rooting / on decaying wood. / B.H.F. / Sept 1920
