View toward the south of the construction site in front of the east facade and original main entrance steps to the Walker Art Building. The bronze statue of Sophocles was removed at the start of the 2005-2007 renovation on June 21, 2005 and was reinstalled on November 13, 2006. The crate with the statue has been opened, and the construction workers are preparing to remove it.
