Description
View toward the foundation of the south wall of the Walker Art Building during the 2005 - 2007 renovation. This large wiresaw was used to cut through the building's foundation walls. The opening shown here is being enlarged and ultimately will become the entrance from the Pavilion to the Osher Gallery (see hpc912_09.jp2). Image hpc959_09.jp2 shows the finished cuts for this opening. This image was provided to the Bowdoin College Museum of Art by the Facilities Management Office of Bowdoin College.
