Colophon: "The images were printed by Lois Johnson on an offset press at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and silkscreened by her at the Janus Press ... with the assistance of Stephanie Westnedge, who, with Audrey Holden, did the production. The papers include various Arches, Fabriano Miliani Ingres, and Torinoko with MacGregor-Vinzani abaca for the concertina and Elephant Hide for the cover. The book structure was designed by Claire Van Vliet ... The edition is ninety copies." Signed by the author, artists and designer.
