View of the well of En-Rogel in the foreground and the city of Jerusalem in the background.
The title, photographer's name and date are printed on the matte. The photographer's name and the series number (P 110) are handwritten on the photograph. A one-page description of the subject follows on the next page.
Lazard Notes: Lazard dated the photograph to April 22-May 1857 and questioned whether there was snow in the photograph.
