red, pink brown, and two shades of yellow are used to produce a diagonal design of interlocking birds

one edge folded under and sewn. Associated with female mummy, radiocarbon ca. 1300-1350 AD.

Condition
Washed in glycerine solution, blocked, and mounted on cotton with 899.1.4 in the spring of 1974. A little stained, torn and frayed in a few spots, fair condition.
