This work features black-and-white photographs of landscapes observed during the author's walking journeys in Alberta, Switzerland, India, Spain, Japan, Nepal, Australia, Scotland, Newfoundland, California, Bolivia, Mexico, Tasmania, Alaska, Florida, Iceland, Ireland etc. Some photos also feature totemic artifacts created by the artist on his journeys -- for example a rope with five knots tied in it called "Five knots for five days of walking." It is a documentary artist's book, documenting Fulton's conceptual art journeys which otherwise exist only in a singular time and place.
