In this work, Sue Coe (images) and Judith Brody (text) present a graphic condemnation of President George W. Bush, members of his administration, and American public policy of the 2000s. The book uses a carnival theme with the former President referred to as the "Barker-in-Chief." The publication date of the work was set to coincide with the polarized 2004 election season.
