Description
Blue velvet bag, body is octagonal shape and is attached to two brass ring handles, attached by metallic thread, metallic cord embellishment at top opening. Brass rings are inlaid with stones, probably turquoise. Lining of blue/green silk. Body is printed or handpainted on one side with a medallion design. Two beaded metallic cord tassels at bottom "corners"; beads are ivory with pink, red, and blue floral decorations and gold painted scrolls. One handle is inscribed: "INDIA."
