Description
Location: Penn Center, Subway Court, courtyard, Bottom of the concourse entrance on the Northwest corner of 15th and Market. During a 2002 site renovation this piece was moved and turned and the non-functional fountain basin was taken out. By 2010 it was completely surrounded by trees. source: Philadelphia Public Art @philart.net
